MERCHANDISE LICENSE AGREEMENT REACHED

NLTV joins forces with local charity for joint promotion and fundraising campaign.

By Frank Matowitz, Producer Next Level TV

Published December 5, 2003

Today Next Level TV producer, Frank Matowitz and Second Chance Life Skills, Executive Director Jeffrey Shorter came to an agreement for SCLS to market NLTV merchandise.

Because NLTV is based as a Community Access show there are rules that prohibit the producers from profiting from their TV shows. However, that does not prevent the producers from licensing the rights of merchandise to others who can.

In the true spirit of community NLTV licensed the rights to SCLS so that they can use the popularity of the show to generate funds and awareness to help the program. They are a qualified 501 c(3) non-profit in Saint Petersburg that provides assistance to children and families.

In the coming months the women of NLTV will be at promotional events and engagements where the merchandise will be available. It will also be available on both the NLTV and SCLS web sites. There are plans for T-shirts, calendars and posters that will be targeted for the adult make audience. They will be featuring the women in some super HOT outfits with some really cool props or in some exotic locations.
