Where oh where is our gorgeous hostess???

NLTV hostess has been MIA.

I finally got a hold of Heather. She has been MIA for about 5 months now and after the _hit hits the fan from me writing this I bet it will be a good while again. I usually hear from her about once a month just to keep up with one another if nothing else. But it was a long time since I heard from her so I picked up the phone and gave her a call. But for you all to understand I have to give you some background.

It has been a poorly kept secret around here that Heather has been involved with the fired radio DJ Bubba the Love Sponge. They met back at Live Stock 13 while we were covering the event for the show. The footage never aired because of a problem we had with images being posted on a radio network web site depicting Heather and Jessica on the couch with Bubba as he did his live broadcast. That wasn't the problem, the problem was that the caption identified the women as "Bubba's whores".

Ohhhhh, gawd! If there is anything that fires me up is when someone picks on one of the women from the show, let alone Heather. For those of you not hip she has been THEE BEST, most consistent, professional, fun, wonderful hostess for the show. She got "it" right off the bat with what I'm trying to do here. I tell the women I want this to be like a little family so we look out for one another. So I immediately got on the phone with the company who hosted the site who gave me the phone number to the company that ran the site. I got in touch with the web master and he happily removed the caption. Apologizing saying he just put up the pictures with the captions that were sent from the radio station.

When I told Heather about it she confronted Bubba who being the ass that he is, tried to blame it on a competing radio station. First, how could a competing radio station get into the secured broadcast area at an event sponsored by this radio station, second how could they fake an email from the email account of one of the employees who worked at the radio station that employed Bubba. Even better, why would they do that? What would be their motivation? If you know the crap that this ass puts on the air then you know it is routine for him and his bunch of dysfunctional dumb-ass staffers to cal women bitches and whores all the time.

I went after Bubba as well and told the fat, stinking, pig that if he ever published anything derogatory relating to the NLTV women on my show again I don't care who he is I'd see his fat ass in court. His response was to have a bunch of high priced lawyers inform me that I can't publish or use the footage from Live Stock. Gutless wonder , why didn't he just tell his mommy.

HA! I have news for them, there is a little thing called the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. I had media credentials issued by the station and had every right to be there. You can't all of the sudden revoke privilege of broadcast rights after the fact.

The reason I didn't broadcast the footage was because I didn't want to give that pig the publicity.  He was on terrestrial radio here in a few local places in the US.  Granted he was the top DJ but the same people listened over and over.  We are on the world wide web with thousands of new people being exposed to us every day.  I'm not exposing them the that jack-ass in any light but to expose him for the jerk he is.
